When I opened packets containing dhoop sticks, maximum stick' tips are either broken or even half broken. None of any packets contain dhoop sticks in good use. This time I m going through harrowing time whenever I start my puja by using dhoop sticks. This is not ascertain from outside till we open dhoop stick packet, reality come forefront.I m sick off this time and repenting as if I have done wrong by ordering this product and lost my hard earned money. I m just annealing 1 pic of least 7 broken pieces in one packet. Trust has become costlier ,how to trust and order. Plz do something, I know it was non-returnable product, but every time, I open one packet, this happen with each. How to mitigate my genuine misery, really I feel sorry in raising my extremely genuine and honest grievance/complaint. CAN AMAZON WILL DO SOMETHING FOR ME ??? But I m completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product, and feeling as if I have lost Rs 560 I.e.cost of product from my hard earned pension.
