I usually write reviews so that other people may be able to make more informed choices as I myself am very much influenced buy reviews whenever I have to buy something so here goes.. I chose this particular icecube maker after going through various reviews online. It performed well for about 1 year though it was not working at all when I placed it in the kitchen during a hot day. I moved it into an air conditioned area and it was performing quite well. Now something burnt inside and I could not get it fixed as there is no service station nearby and local technicians have no idea what to do as parts unavailable. It would have been helpful for customers if there was a helpline for such things.
