Celtic Sea Salt Fne Ground Pouc

I've been using this for years. It was suggested by my Dr, but, now I hear it has lead in it! Check first!

My nails were always breaking. Now they are as pretty as fake nails. They need to be cut with toenail clippers.

To me it has a milder lighter effect when put on food, you use a bit more of it as it isa delicate saltly taste. Very hard to explain variations in salt flavor!!!, but I really like it, itsnot as harsh somehow as table salt, and even better then himalayan salt. You need to takean iodine suppliment as it is lower in iodine, that prevents goiter, then that in table salt.

This is the best salt. My husband originally started buying it to put in his water. I can't drink the salt water so I just eat a spoonful and then drink the water. But it is the best form of hydration!!!! Better than Gatorade. Stops nighttime drooling if you take it before bed. Great for cooking in general too, obviously.

The only salt I use!
