Women's Waukee Long Down Coat Parka Jacket | 750+ Fill Power | Full-Length

I bought this parka for a trip to Chicago when it was projected to feel like -20F. It's almost a perfect coat! So cozy, comfy and warm! The cut fit my shape (plus sized, but the cut made it not look like a giant sleeping bag). Perfect pocket placement (and deep enough to stuff a hat/gloves/cell phone). I didn't fully understand the value of the straps until I was in a greenhouse without coat check and I could wear it like a backpack--so great! The length was perfect, lower mid-calf (I'm 5'7"). The hood is huge and I wish it fully closed across the chin, but I wore a scarf the whole time which kept it up. The thing I liked least about this awesome parka was the arm decal. The design is fine but the wording "COMFORT IS BETTER FITOUCH" I really didn't care for. I ended up covering it with a black adhesive nylon patch. The price is right and the cozy warmth was worth everything in blowing snowy weather. I can't wait to wear it again!

Such a nice coat! I'm a Californian from Arizona, I am no match for cold weather. I purchased this for a winter nyc trip and it kept me so cozy and warm. The best part is it also kept my butt and legs warm, which meant my feet were warmer too. The pockets are fuzzy and kept my hands comfy. There were a couple rainy and windy days and this kept both out. I think the complaints on the "huge" hood might be due to the visor, which keeps rain and snow away from your face, and folds back with little magnets when not needed (great design detail). I loved the double zipper which lets the coat open up more so I could walk with longer strides. Honestly one of the best wardrobe purchases ever. I'm usually wear a size 6 and the M fits well with a thick sweater underneath.

So so pleased with this purchase! Great fit, very warm, high quality for the price. Hood fur is very soft. Sleeve cuffs held up and don’t pill. Upper pockets are lined with a soft material and keep hands warm when I forget my gloves. Recommending to everyone.

Being a tall girl (5'9") shaped like a pear, I needed something that would cover the essentials without feeling uncomfortable. This fit the bill. The sleeves are long, the length is fabulous, and there is no snug at the hip feel at all. The other reason for a coat of this caliber was that I needed something to shield me from our pervasively cold, midwest temps. When I put this fluffy wonder on, it's like zipping up in the warmest, coziest, sleeping bag soft windbreak I've ever experienced. I've taken it out for a spin in negative temps and windchills straight from hell, only to be perfectly temperate, almost too cozy at times. Upon reading some of the lower ratings, some have said the zipper is problematic. In an attempt to curb that minor detail, I just applied some soap to the bottom portion of the zipper for better glide and it's not had an issue at all as of yet. I like that the pockets are high, and lined with the softest material. The only thing I find I would have liked is zippers or snaps, as well as a bit more depth in the pockets. Not a deal breaker, just a preference I would have liked. And, though I sized up, the body fits nice and loose, but the arms are proportionately narrow (note, I do not have huge arms). I think this is due to the fact that there's a significant portion of down that has not fully settled or design mechanics gone slightly off. At any rate, if you have bigger arms, this may not be the one for you. On a side note: It is not a lightweight coat, so buy a heavy duty hanger.

5’2, could have gotten a xs but I prefer it comfortable and not tight. So I got a small. From 125lbs-100lbs (had a weight fluctuation due to medical reasons) I’ve fit it and it hasn’t been tight at all. The arms are the perfect length, I can layer up and it still wouldn’t be tight or bulky, perfect for me! Might be on the longer side (nears the lower quarter of my calves) but I don’t mind. These will keep you warm for sure. Living in Canada and visiting Minnesota often , this has kept me very warm. The only jacket I ever wear during the winter. Love it! The pockets are higher up, the hood is very deep and big, and has pockets on the inside which was awesome. Cost efficient and so so warm and worth it.

I really like this coat, except for one problem. It is warm, stylish, and true to size, but I was wearing a white cotton sweater the first time I wore this Fitouch coat, and a brownish/tan stain was left everywhere my white sweater was in contact with the coat lining. I grabbed a damp cloth and wiped the lining, and sure enough, a tan residue was in the lining. The weird thing is, the coat is black, not brown at all. I washed the coat and the sweater (separately), and the residue came off, but I shouldn’t have to wash a brand-new coat the day I received it. It made me wonder if the tan color was the residue from something applied to the down during the manufacturing process, which makes me worried about chemicals.

I never write Amazon reviews but felt compelled to share how wonderful this coat is. We are having a serious cold snap in the NE this month and I've had no reservations heading outside in this baby! -10° windchill walking through NYC? No problem. This thing is definitely wind proof and so very warm. I'm also pleasantly surprised on the sizing. I'm a big, busty girl with long arms (5'10", 48-33-45) and an XL is plenty big even with a sweater underneath. The coat and hood are very well constructed. My only criticism is the material grabs onto salt and lint so needs to be wiped down with a damp cloth quite a bit. It would also be nice to have snaps/zippers at the sides to allow for better movement but the center zipper can be opened in front. Overall, a great value for the price.

Not a good value for money!!

Der Mantel sieht wunderbar aus und passt perfekt (176cm groß, normale Figur, Größe L). Die Reißverschlüsse wirken stabil und das Material hat einen edlen Schimmer. Von der Länge her geht er bis Mitte Schienbein. Bei den jetzigen Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt hält er schön warm, bei tieferen wird er sich erst noch beweisen müssen. Bisher habe ich den Kauf nicht bereut.

Amazing! The first time I wore this jacket I walked in pouring rain for 20 minutes in -10°C. I didn't feel cold at all and I stayed completely dry. The hood fur kept the rain out of my face. This jacket is super long, warm, and comfortable. Doesn't feel tight when you wear layers underneath. Super puffy but still looks very slimming. I'm nearly 5'4 and it comes down to my mid calf which is exactly what I wanted (maxi length). The hood is adjustable and enveloping and keeps the wind out of your face. It looks and feels really great quality. Packed gorgeously. Very, very impressed.

Not to expect top range parka considering the price. At this range if price better to go for North Face or similar. The fur in the hoodie keeps falling alone. It doesn’t feel is made for a very cold weather. Yet another Made in China product!?!?
