Amazing to help boost my hormones
I had been feeling a little “off” and suspected low estrogen. I started using Boost and started feeling more in balance and emotionally better. I definitely think it has helped me boost estrogen and have more hormonal balance which I so desperately needed. Easy to swallow, doesn’t smell.

Doesn’t work
Took this for a month while measuring my hormones. No change whatsoever.The pills also smelled old, so maybe I got a bad batch? Clearly no quality control either.

Was iffy, but I think it works
The media could not be loaded. I usually ovulate like clockwork every month and so this cycle being my first taking this, I kind of skipped around with it and it pushed off my ovulation day two days past its usual day.

I love this brand and the company and what it stands for. Great product it didnt help get me pregnant but that's not this products fault

This almost killed me
My body definitely HATED this supplement. Terrible painful cramps, diarrhea, nausea, headaches, you name it I had it. I am really getting concerned that this did permanent damage to my body.

Good estrogen supplements
I wanted to boost my estrogen level and i read a lot about it. I really like the product

Did not work for me
I took this for 3 cycles, along with the progesteronepills in other half of my cycle. Neither worked. I tracked my pdg and estrogen with another Proov complete set and it looked like my levels somewhat went up after taking the pills but not enough to predict ovulation. Got a score of 50, which is not terrible because I got a score of 0 the first time I took the complete kit. Very frustrating but I decided to go another route (wisdom of the womb teas, acupuncture and my first appointment with the fertility specialist). Once I get blood work done, I will know for sure what my issue is. I recommend going to see a specialist, instead of relying on Proov. It may have worked for others and I’m so happy it did 🥰 but for me, I’m patiently waiting. Baby dust to us all, not giving up!
