Q: how tall are the sides of the cart?

Sides arer 9" from the bed of the cart, 10" from the bottom edge of the cart. I have had my cart for sometime and love it. It can haul most anything. Take sides off for bigger items.

Q: Does it come with solid rubber tires? If not, could you recommend one that does?

It does not come with solid tires

Q: My front and backyard have gravel no dirt will it pull a load through gravel thanks

I checked with my hubby, he said yes due to the bigger tires! I use mine for everything, hauling bark, dirt and 4 5 gallon buckets of water plus other things. I love it, it's my best friend lol!
