Lightweight workout/running shorts
These New Balance gym shorts are perfect for running, rowing and weight lifting. They have a comfortable fabric liner built in so you don't have to wear these with underwear. They are very lightweight and moisture wicking. The rise is low so when lifting overhead a little more of my abdominal skin shows. They look and feel great, with enough extra room for movement and maintain form and color with repeated washings.I am a 205lb 5'11" male and the large fits as expected. I have several pairs and will purchase again.

Great running shorts
The fit for these shorts ie true to size. They are very comfortable and lightweight. These shorts are great for short or long runs. All this and they look really good.

If You're 'Tween Sizes, Go Smaller
I normally do not like buying running shorts online because my size depends on the brand/model. I opted for the 2XL, and guessed wrong.Now I know for the next pair.Good shorts, two side pockets and an inner brief.Buying another (XL) today.

My go to shorts now!
These shorts have a great fit, are extremely comfortable and are top notch quality. They aren’t too thick like some running shorts I own and not too thin either to where they feel like they won’t hold up. You get two pockets that are a good size and are made of a better material than a typical running short. For the price, these are a no brainer!
