This stock arrived last month so will keep inn a domestic fridge for 4 weeks no problem at all. I recommend that it is stored at the back of the fridge where it is coldest and least likely to suffer from temperature fluctuations when the door is opened. Once opened it should be consumed with 48 hrs.
