I order this necklace. I received it after one month and it’s very small , my neck is regular size , it didn’t even fit in my neck. I’m very upset . Now i want to return it and it didn’t even give me return option . I don’t know what to do

The necklace comes in a box, wrapped in tight clear plastic, it is shiny before, taking the plastic off. Feels heavy, solid and, good metal plating, all are of quality craftmanship that is excellent. The clasp is secure, easy to work with and beautiful. The price was affordable as, it is good looking and, manufacturing methods being refined in gold plating, it looks like gold.
