I wanted to try something to appear a little taller and these are really quite good!An inexpensive way to add a few inches to your height - would deffo recommend.

I wouldn’t but these again to be honest because they are literally rock solid.I have Perthes disease in my hips and I was recommended to get some decent insoles to help balance me and for pain management.I thought these would fit the bill but it feels like you’re walking with shoes made of wood and they’ve ended up bruising my heel.

I got the larger height. It is comfortable in my boots and makes me look taller. Iv gone shopping in them and they don’t hurt my feet at all. They are too big for trainers as my foot comes out of the trainer. The smallest height will be better for trainers.

At first examination, this is a well-made product - the cushion sole seems adequately thick, the sizing is good (requiring no trimming in my case) and they fit without taking up extra room inside the shoes. In use in a pair of trainers though, two things became obvious.... the heel cushioning was rather too thin for energetic sports and, more importantly, the soles kept slipping down into the shoe whenever the foot was suddenly stopped. (Doubtless, as permanent replacements for existing insoles, I should have used a contact adhesive to fix these insoles in place for that kind of sporting activity). Instead, I decided to transfer the insoles to test them inside a normal pair of everyday shoes. Here, with less vigorous foot movements, these insoles have behaved faultlessly... with no unwanted movement and providing a very comfortable foot bed for walking in town. So... 4* for sports use; 5* for everyday wear !
