The driver was great he brought it in the house for me. It is heavy, my friends came and put it together for me. Instructions easy to follow. The boxing is perfect. Having spending most of the time on the pc this chair is top. Was a little put off by the price. But not anymore it is worth every penny. Comfortable and solid so far I love it best thing I've bought in a long time.

It really worth the money. It is a bit stiff but I really don't believe there would be any other better option. After getting this chair, my back hurts healed. the product is quite premium from packaging to materials being used. As I got the XL size, the back and leg supports are not really pushing, which is what I was looking for.

For years i have bought cheap gaming chairs only to have them wear out and need replacing. This time i took a chance and i'm gutted i wasted all that money on those cheap gaming chairs. Right away you can tell the difference. I've had the chair now for about half a year and it's the same as they day i bought it, still comfy and no sign of wear. Highly Recommended.

Comfortable chair, but not as amazing as the marketing leads you to believe. I bought the fabric chair, and I learned the hard way Arctic white is NOT white, it's grey and has a two thread type knitted feel unlike the photos which show bright white and a smooth service. Even the black version is more charcoal grey with some light grey threads weaved in. If you want a black chair go with the Nappa leather. I wanted a pure colour and now stuck with this heavy chair that is too much trouble to return.

Wanted to love this, but it's all hype....<< The reality is, this chair is very average. >> I'm at a computer all day, I'm tall (6"4), can easily justify the cost of a quality set up, and I don't like sending things back. But this is such poor value for money it had to be returned. Arm rests rattle and are cheaply made. The recline lever is cheap and jerky, and also rather loud. The lumbar support is not nearly adjustable enough to serve a taller person. The magnetic head rest slips around and falls off. I could go on. It's not well made or particularly comfortable. It is a bog-standard office chair that has been really well marketed. Secret Lab also make it difficult to return, perhaps forcing customers to fool themselves into thinking they like it. If you've been look for a really good chair and have been considering buying this, but have unable to determine why it is better than the £200 chairs, or whether 4-Dimensional arm rests are real a thing - let me tell you, it isn't, and they are not. Unless the extra dimension is the irritation they cause by wobbling around under your arms as you try to type due to their lose housing. You want to be pleased with this, I get it, but if you're moderately independently minded and discerning, you won't be. The moment you sit it in, you'll know - it's just your average cheap chair, dressed up with some fancy branding. I hope I can help some of you save your time (and money on the return)! Don't do it. If your mate has one, go and sit in that first. 4D armrests... hhh when will we learn

The chair itself is very comfortable, the seat and backrest are very hard wearing and have a lot of adjustment. Unfortunately, the armrests are an achilles heel of these chairs. Again, they have a lot of adjustment but are not nearly as hard wearing and this appears to be a manufacturing issue as there are a lot of complaints online. I have had the left armrest replaced under warranty after about 8 months (Secretlab stated it was normal wear and tear but they would replace it as a goodwill gesture). The right armrest has now also failed in the same way (see picture) and even the replacement armrest is showing signs of cracking again just 3 months after replacement. Unfortunately, these armrests are now out of stock on the Secretlab website, again an indication of how many people are having issues. I love the chair but will have to have the armrests professionally reupholstered at additional cost and would certainly hesitate before buying another Secretlab product.

Cher, mais je suis pleinement satisfait par cette chaise, très confortable, solide et bien conçue. Je l'ai achetée après avoir testé la même chez un ami, un peu plus pénible à monter que je pensais, mais vraiment extra, je ne pense pas avoir déjà eu une chaise aussi bien conçue. Réglable au possible, extrêmement qualitative, je recommande vraiment.

Erano anni che ero affascinato dalle sedie SecretLab, quando l'ho vista in offerta non me la sono lasciato sfuggire. Ho un grosso problema a casa: i gatti. La precedente sedia in pelle mi era stata divelta e disintegrata dalle unghie dei gatti, motivo per cui ho optato per questa Titan in versione in tessuto, nella speranza che i graffi non fossero visibili, oppure che i gatti lasciassero in pace questa povera sedia. La poltrona è bellissima. Avevo timore che la versione in tessuto perdesse un po' di "appeal" rispetto a quella in pelle ma davvero non è così. Si presenta davvero bene, devo dire che i ragazzi polacchi di SecretLab hanno lavorato tantissimo sulla qualità percepita, dove troviamo una cura al dettaglio maniacale su qualsiasi aspetto. Il packaging è pazzesco, il sistema costruttivo è semplicissimo, in 1 persona in circa 40 minuti ho assemblato il tutto senza il minimo problema. La poltrona risulta solidissima già da subito. I difetti secondo me sono 2: il primo è la rigidità dell'imbottitura della seduta, i primi giorni sembra davvero rigida, dopo 1-2 mesi diventa ottima. Io ho acquistato la poltrona ad ottobre 2024, adesso siamo a marzo 2025 ed è diventata perfetta, ma fino all'anno nuovo era piuttosto rigida, fin troppo. Il secondo è il gioco che c'è sui braccioli, c'è forse troppa tolleranza tra il tubo cromato verticale ed i braccioli, che "ballano" un pochino quando mossi. Questo è davvero un qualcosa di migliorabile, è l'ultimo neo di un prodotto davvero perfetto. Dopo mesi e mesi apprezzo sempre più la mia comoda poltrona, con una serie di regolazioni che la rendono perfetta per chiunque. Io sono alto 1.87cm per 100kg di peso, ero indeciso tra la versione Regular e la XL; fortunatamente ho optato per la Regular che trovo ottima, la XL sarebbe stata davvero esagerata. Il cuscino magnetico è forse la feature che preferisco: oltre ad essere bellissimo e comodissimo, essendo magnetico non ha bisogno di ganci o fascette che avrebbero rovinato l'estetica del prodotto. Insomma, una sedia costosa, ma che francamente vale i soldi spesi, per un prodotto che spero faccia almeno una decina d'anni.

I've been looking for a good chair for a long time and always wanted to try secretlab, but I was worried about the price and about some issues I've read online. I should have bought this chair earlier, I stinking love it! I'm 6' 4", 385lbs, and this chair seriously fits me like a GLOVE and gives me all the support I could ever need! Pros: The adjustable back support is AWESOME and literally makes this feel like I'm sitting in my Highlander it's so comfortable on my back. The ability to lock the base in at multiple angles is awesome, use that all the time and love that it can do that. The recline feature works really great and I've used it multiple times, though at 380lbs I'm kind of almost at the weight limit for this chair and even though I haven't tilted over yet I feel like I might so I usually don't recline too far back. Which isn't really a loss since I do most work sitting up anyways, where this chair really shines. Love the included magnetic memory foam headrest, it's freaking awesome and so comfortable, I find myself using it several times a day usually. The armrests are incredibly durable, my armrests are always scraping up against my wood desk and there isn't a mark on them even after a month of this. And even there was any damage, you can order brand new ones (even ones with SecretLab's custom memory foam!) from their website. The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The last pro I have is a weird pro, but I absolutely LOVE that you can buy all kinds of add-ons and attachments from their site. I already ordered a new memory foam backrest that's supposed to work with the lumbar support already in this to make it even more comfortable (don't know how that will be possible, but I'm excited to try) and then there's the secret lab skins covers you can get, new wheels you can order, replacement armrests, it's just awesome. Cons: Seriously, I have no cons at all with this chair, even after using it for over a month now. The quality of this chair and all the options that you can order from their site seriously convinced me that this company isn't trying to get you to buy a new premium chair every 5 years, they're trying to get you to buy one chair for LIFE that you can then refurbish over time with new items and adjustments. Absolutely couldn't recommend this chair enough, I've tried $200 "custom ergonomic chairs", and the $350 Razer gaming chair as well as several others, and this is hands down the best one. Do not read the negative/bad reviews, I don't know why people have even written those because this chair is awesome and I've had none of the "issues" I've seen in a couple reviews online. Definitely recommended, get this chair ASAP!
