Bought in the past similar product another brand from Amazon died in a month. After switching to Wanjoin tapioca cooker it was a great decision and investment. It is holding the fort and we are running everyday without any issues or challenges. Love the product and will buy Wanjoin product again.

We own a smoothie shop and we got lots of requests to make milk tea+boba and add boba to our drinks on request so we started making it ourselves in the beginning but it was a lengthy process! We ended up only serving boba two days a week because of this. We decided a machine was necessary because the labor was too much so we got this one and we love it! Mind you there really isn’t any instructions on how to use it much less anywhere online, there’s one video, but it’s pretty straightforward. Only thing I would say is we run an extra cycle for the bobas bc we noticed they get hard fast after only one cycle. I was surprised because the cycle is only like 20-25 minutes but I know you’re supposed to cook for like an hour. We love them extra soft so we don’t mind running them an extra cycle. Definitely takes almost half the time to make them than it did before and basically hand-free. I hated standing in front of the pot stirring for almost an hour lol & then on top of that I had to let them steep and find my own container to hold them. This has made our business run smoother for sure.

I own two boba shops. In the beginning, I lacked experience and bought many different types of pots for cooking boba. Within just a few months, some broke down, and others didn’t heat evenly. After all that, I decided to go with Want Join, and I’ve been using their products for almost two years now without any issues. I didn’t just buy their boba cookers but also their water heaters and cup sealers. Their products are of excellent quality, reasonably priced, and their warranty service is second to none.

returned what was not a new item, it was received on 1/21, and i have yet to receive my refund

This would be good to cook 250 ml~400ml of boba. Anything larger than that would leave a huge mess when it's over flow and tapioca water is not fun to clean up. Wish they made bigger capacity that would be perfect for boba shop.

I got this boba pot back in May and it stop working after 2 month I called Amazon to return but the returning date was expired. They gave me company number. I called them and they are very helpful. They shipped me a new pot after a week. .. I'm thankful and very satisfied with the great customer service they have. Overall it was a good experience with the company.

I’ve purchased so many boba cookers for my boba shop. This one though has been my favorite. It cooks thoroughly and the fastest. Unfortunately it broke after a year, I decided to email the company hoping they will fix it. I didn’t expect a response or anything because from all my previous boba cooker company experiences. They all didnt respond. To my surprise, this company responded quickly and resolved the issues immediately. 10/10
