If you have nails or screws in your downspout, this will make it difficult to install this item.However they are adjustable, flexible and so far work well

Reasonably priced.
Nicecly made, easy to use, nice price in bulk, quick delivery. I didn't actually need 12, but cost less than buying 6 at the hardware store.

Light weight but good
If you are a bit creative. These gutter guards can be a good filter for leaves. These are very fragile and light weight so you have to be careful when installing.I just buy a tougher metal gutter filter at Home Depot then wrap these filter guard on top to reduce the holes. This creates a smaller gap for leaves, small tree branches and other debris to not pass through my gutter drain.It works well.
