I was a bit surprised to see how large the bottle was containing the gummies. The individual gummies are a little larger than dime size and have a granular substance on them. When the bottle is opened, the watermelon flavor is very evident. The gummies are not like traditional candy gummies. Rather they are kind of tough and chewy. I personally did not care for them because of this texture, but others may love them.

Easy to eat, plenty of 'em in a big 'ol bottle, and goodbye to leg cramps I used to get in the AM. 'Nuff said.

Perfect for those who need a little more electrolytes!
