Lovely little pan. It seems to be very non stick. It’s a nice weight and size. I thought it might be a bit small but it’s bigger than I expected. The pan handle and the lid handle both stay cool. I use wooden spoons and hand wash these pans as they are very expensive so I can’t comment on using metal utensils/dishwasher. It’s also extremely well packaged so there’s no danger of dents etc. The little steam vent hole works really well and as you only need a very low flame to cook things there’s hardly any steam in the kitchen. I’m really pleased with my hexclad pans and I love cooking with them. I’m glad I went with them even though they are pricey. I’ve got all three pan sizes and the smallest sauté pan - that’s pretty much all you need for home cooking.

Another fabulous pan from Hexclad. I have a full set of the frying pans and love the amazing ease of cleaning -- just a quick rinse and wipe does the job. They heat swiftly and evenly and nothing sticks. I use this little saucepan for morning porridge. They are pricey but worth it. I'm saving up for more!

Great little pan, easy to clean, non stick

So far, no problems. I made sure to season this pan as directed. I’ve done scrambled egg in it a few times. Keep the temperature down, use butter or oil and it’s fantastic. Being encouraged by this, I’ve now bought the wok. Seasoned it. Haven’t actually used it yet. Build quality seems superb. Reassuringly heavy. Even cooking should be a doddle. I’ve also bought a second. Hexclad 1 L saucepan as on a Black Friday deal. So far very confident in Hexclad. Will report back if it goes South!

Not the cheapest pans but they are stylish (as pans go 👀) and bombproof.. they heat up quickly and absolutely nothing sticks to them. You never need them on full heat either so I think they’re energy efficient too. Excellent saucepan

Where do i start ...i bought many of those a while ago and while they advertise as non stick lifetime warranty and so on... But product is.... Sticking and breaking alot....so my opinion is way overpriced but normal pan

After 10 months it's can't be used anymore. A lot of money for a useless pan.

Amazing quality, works great, wife loves them, handles do not get hot, cleaning is a breeze
