Highly overpriced - hence not sustainable for long term use. The GoL products are usually very high quality.

I have been using probiotics from the same brand for a long time and I love them. I bought these because the ones I usually use were not available but I must say that they didn't convince me and I didn't notice any benefits.

This probiotic got me out the other side of an awful IBS flare up where I lost 3kg from not being able to eat without pain, it took 3 weeks for it to get rid of my bloating and cramping completely but I have been back to normal ever since. 100% recommend for getting rid of bloating!

quality product. does the job. I have tried so many of these probiotics. After a while on one i will switch to another to keep my body from gettng to used to one kind. Great product.

This worked great at first! I ordered a second bottle and was not as blown away with results. My functional doctor suggested switching probiotics every 3 months to expose your gut to new healthy bacterial so its possible that the second bottle is just not what my gut needed at the time. There are a lot of expensive probiotics out there, so for the price of this one it feel its definitely worth giving it a try!

Definitely recommend for those experiencing troublesome bloating, gas and stomach discomfort. The capsule form allows the supplement to penetrate beyond the stomach and into the colon which is essential for maximum results.
