Good product. Easy to use.

I really like the 6FT Next Level Height Increase Soles, because they make a noticeable height difference on me. I also like that they are adjustable to 3 different height levels - 0.75 inch (1.91 cm), 1.25 inches (3.18 cm), or 1.75 inches (4.45 cm). This is important, because the level I can use, depends on the shoes I’m wearing. For example, I can wear them at the .75 with wingtips, but not higher, or my foot’s heals will be sticking out. However, I can wear them at the 1.75 with my lace up boots or high tops. They are comfortable to use too, since they are cushiony, so my heels are not on a hard surface while I walk. They also feature cut lines, to adjust them to my proper shoe size. For all these reasons, I would recommend them to others who would like to increase their height.

I'm 5' 11" and didn't care much for the added height these inserts promised. I felt like I was walking on my toes when wearing any of my shoes, from my Hey Dude slip-on to my Merrell MOAB 2 boots. When I did wear these, my plantar fasciitis flared horribly, and my arched did not stop throbbing after a day of wearing these and walking around the local mall and stores. There was a noticeable height difference when I did have them on, so these do work if you are looking for just that, but be warned you may have some very sore and uncomfortable feet afterward.

Fit perfectly in shoe, did the job!

Can only stand on these for like 2-3 hours before I have to start shifting my body weight around a lot to cope with the discomfort. They do boost your height but you’ve got to wear mid or high tops so your feet don’t slip out your shoes. Don’t use em to work in 🤕

I didn't get these for added height. I got them because a slight heel in my shoes seems to help my foot pain. They are comfortable. I have not used the second layer of lift yet. My only concern is my heel might come out of my shoe if I was to really use my foot for something like working in the garden or shoveling (these are in my tennis shoes). Not sure what other shoes you could use them with. I can't ware them with my mule shoes it make the top of the shoe too tight. I had to get new shoe strings for my tennis shoes because I had to loosen them so much I don't have any string left to tie. LOL Just be mindful that you need shoes that can expand to handle the extra space needed for these.

The 3rd layer that adds the most height was slightly too narrow to fit snugly in my shoes (see attached pic). Good thing I didn't need it anyway. Just the lower/flatter configurations were good enough. If you are looking for a very cushiony/foamy type of insole that absorbs shock, then there are other silicone-base insoles that are probably better suited to your needs. I have them; they are softer. This product here, whilst it does afford some degree of cushioning, is more for height adjustment. All things considered, the insoles feel strong and, because they are made of a PVC-like material I expect many years of use.

This is totally impractical item. If someone is thinking to add 1 inch or even half inch (1.27 cm) to his height, it will not work at all by inserting all or partial layers inside the shoe. Your foot will be tighten against the body of the shoe and you will feel unbearable pain and pressure on upper side of the foot. You cant put this thing in the shoe and walk. It comes in two types from height wise. One is HI Tops and other is Low Tops. I bought both and both are waste now. If for any reason you have to increase height, you must modify your shoe and add height on the external sole of the shoe. Please do proper research before buying this item as you will waste your money. Build quality of this insole is good but its utility and practicality is zero.

サイズ8から、0.5刻みでサイズ12まで、ガイドラインが溝になっているので、ハサミで綺麗にカットしやすいです。 爪先の方の厚みは、４mmでした。 【かかとの厚み】 1枚目は、かかと21mmで、足に負担のない傾斜でした。2枚目も一緒に使うとやや疲れました。3枚目も合体させると、かかと45mmで、前方へ滑る感じ。ヒールに慣れていないこともあり、長時間歩き回るのはかなり無理な感じがしました。記念写真とか結婚式とかなら全然問題なさそうです。 【かかと幅】 75mm～70mmぐらいでカットするのは難しいです。入れたかったブーツには、かかと幅が合わず入れることができませんでした。 10種類以上はインソールを使用してきましたが、通気性が少し劣ると思いました。 かかとの高さ3段階調整は、セットするのも外すのも簡単。その上、歩いていてズレないしっかりした構造になっています。 手軽に足したり引いたりできるので、その日に会う人の身長に合わせたり、服装によっても、ヒールの高さを変えられるのはいいなと思いました。 靴を脱いで置いておいて、見た目、シークレットインソールが入ってるようには見えないです。
