Poor quality and very disappointing after sales service
I recently purchased a car diffuser from CEENIU and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite diligently following the user manual, including regular cleaning of the spray port with a cotton swab as recommended, the product's performance has been consistently poor.After just 6 weeks of use, the mist output is non-existent, rendering the diffuser ineffective. Dishearteningly, my attempts to seek assistance from the customer support team have only added to my disappointment. Despite providing all necessary information, including the date of order and order number, the customer support team insisted on further verification, even though my 1-year warranty had already been accepted and activated simultaneously.The so-called "hassle-free solutions" promised in their quality assurance statement have proven to be nothing more than empty words. The unprofessionalism displayed by the customer support team in hesitating to process a refund is disconcerting.I had hoped for a quality product and reliable customer service, but Ceeniu has failed to deliver on both fronts. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would not recommend to buy this as is just a waste of money (poor quality)and very unprofessional after sales customer service as they are not willing to find a solutions.
