For $120, this bender is awesome. I've made a few boat hand rails with it and it works great. It's not for the novice tubing bender, but if you have enough material to make mistakes; that's how you learn. It makes nice and smooth bends, but it does leave a devit where the clamp eye is. If they could re-engineer that clamp eye so it wouldn't leave a devit; this thing would be the biggest bang for the buck. I love it though. For my boat and the boats I work on (working fishing boats) it's perfect. Small dent in the bend doesn't matter. I've used it on 3/8 copper compressor tubing, 7/8 and 1" sst rail tubing for boat gunnels. For the 1" tubing, you'll need a long cheater bar, but the bender holds up. I put a pry bar in it to extend the handle 1.5' and that worked great to bend 1" sst. I'd definately buy it again, but hopefully i don't need to.

Seems to work as designed. Requires a very sturdy base, and a lot of room around it. Instructoins are kind lacking, but it is easy to use.

Received the bender, and mounted it on a 2 x 6, lag bolted into the studs in the garage. I set-about a project that I had been postponing until this purchase arrived, and found it to be a solution to several different problems which I needed to solve. It is sturdy, and appears to be fit for long term, heavy duty use. NOTE: The photographs of this bender show the bender with the exchangeable radius forms installed upside-down. The square/rectangular protrusion in the casting is the stop which prevents the radius form from rotating. If used with the radius form installed as shown in the photos, you risk breaking a radius form when bending under extreme conditions, Additionally, you may find that you have to use some sand paper to remove the paint from the radius form pivot holes, before they will fit easily on the bender hub. A minute or two, with a piece of rolled-up 320 grit sand paper will do it for you, though--nothing to write home about. All-in-all, this will get quite a bit of use in the future days and months ahead.

For the price, it's pretty capable. Pros and cons then details: Pros: - Easy to set up - Small - Great for single bends Cons: - Handle is too short for larger tube - Difficult to align multiple bends - Needs regular greasing My shop is small and this was easy to fix to the side of my welding table in a vertical orientation where it takes up virtually no space at all. For tube under 1/2", the provided handle works well. That being said, I had to use a 5' extension with all my weight on it to successfully bend 1" x 0.055" wall Chromoly. For single bends it works fine, however there are no markings on the dies to align multiple bends along a centerline. I added my own marking that works well enough, your mileage may vary. As noted in other reviews, the collars on the dies do leave a small indentation on the tube. Probably not an issue for most, but you could fab a strap collar if needed. Lastly, the construction is good overall and everything slides together easily. However, I recommend greasing the main posts and the through holes on the dies. I didn't do this at first and got significant galling on the handle post after only a couple 1" bends. If you'll be mostly bending 3/8-1/2, maybe 3/4 thin wall, this will do the job just fine. If you plan to bend mostly 1", I'd encourage looking for a more capable hydraulic bender.

Rock Solid & Fast. I am using the VEVOR Pipe Tube Bender alongside my JD-32 to bend 3/4" & 1" Tubing for Control Arms on our Karts. The Vevor Tubing Bender works great for this type of work significantly speeding up production. The Vevor Bender has been designed really well, the Dies are Very Durable & Reliable producing accurate bends without kinking or mauling the Steel tubing.

Doesn’t hold pipe well while operating. Pipe can slip around die while using. Adjust clearances didn’t seem to help. Packaging did not hold up during shipping and many parts were missing paint.

If you work in the air conditioning industry, please do not buy this. This product is not compatible with copper tubing materials used in the US. For example, this tool is designed for 1-inch copper tubing (outer diameter), while the US specification refers to the inner diameter. I have 1-1/8 inch tubing, and I've already tried it; the tool doesn't work. Furthermore, I want to return it, but it's very difficult. I need to take photos of the product and all the labels on the packaging. The labels were torn when I opened the package, and I don't know what to do now.

Most of the plumbing fittings are $$$ now. I use this product to bend some copper pipe 3/4 , not bad using this product for my 1st time , tip -use some lubricant in order to make bends more smooth. I tried with pex too it's helps a lot if you need to bend some but pex is flexible is not going to keep the shape on a 90 degree It works great with hard pipe or copper pipe.

Not quite final placement however the aluminum coolant lines I put in just made me love playing with this bender. Definitely recommend this one however you need a strong vice or way of solidly mounting it for which its designed for. This is not the final placement on my engine but gives you a little idea what can be done with this toy.

Pas encore utilisé donc je ne peux pas faire de retour d'expérience. Mais le produit est installé, et c'est du lourd. J'ai l'impression que la qualité est là.
