Great bat! Great barrel. Great balance.... Yes, this is a tball bat and no, it does not really matter what bat you get them at this age, but I will mention that this bat just feels better than what you get at Walmart or Target. At -12.5, it is lighter than what you find at those mentioned stores. I'm a firm believer that your bat doesn't matter at these younger ages, but I for just a few $$ more than what you find at your box store, I would buy this bat 100% of the time.

Durable cheap bat
Great for the price. My son used it for Tball and coach pitch. Loves the color. Grip is comfortable and has pop.

Good bat for introducing tee-ball and baseball. Good value. Might not last in the batting cage but it is not meant for that.
