I installed and had been using the lights for about a month and love them. The lights are beautiful, the quality of the product and crystals is really good for a fair price. The installation was OK but due to height you may need an electrician, I was able to install as I have the proper stair and experience. The length of the lights is preset but for very tall ceilings, I have to adjust mine which is what tool the longest. I would say it took me 2 hours for the adjusting/ installation. The illumination is great, much better than my older light, the LEDs are efficient and should last for a while. The advantage is that individual LEDs can be replaced VS other lights where you have to replace the whole thing, and I have seen if any issues the seller can send replacements. I really like that you can switch between yellow, neutral and white light and adjust brightness. I prefer using the app which was easy to install and pair than using another remote control. You may also use the switch to change between colors but note that to memorize the color you need to wait like 30 seconds before turning off, otherwise the color will change (most of the color changing lights operate like this).

The chandelier is absolutely stunning. The lights look so elegant and for the price it really looks like a designer piece that costs over 1000 of dollars. It is so easy to put together. A little advice on when you’re assembling it don’t put on the glass until you install it cause then it’ll be lighter once you install the chandelier then you can put the glass lights in because they are a little heavier, but overall it’s stunning and I get tons of compliments on it.

They are small. I did not check the measurements. They work fine and easy to install. I just did not check the measurement first.

Beautiful light over my counter

One of my best finds on Amazon. Took me so long to review because we were doing a lot of work in the house. This chandelier has been up and installed for almost 1 year and I have zero issues. People always compliment on it as soon as you walk in. It is so beautiful and bright but also has other modes to dim and set the mood. It came assembled (just had to screw in the bulbs) The only thing is we had to get someone to install at due to how large it is and how tall our front entrance is. But man I love this piece, it’s a work of modern art.

I purchased the 12 light one and it looks beautiful in our 20ft ceiling entry. However, after having had it hanging for 3 months, the globes are falling off!!! Luckily, nobody was below. The glass globes are screwed in but the thread on the glass is very superficial and not deep enough to hold the weight of the glass (which is quite heavy). It's extremely dangerous and we are considering replacing it, not worth being hit by a solid glass ball in the head. This product should be retired, is not safe.

This is a lovely chandelier. Looks very elegant in my living area. Unfortunately, looks are deceiving. One week after installation, the remote device stopped working. I eventually had an electrician tie the on and off switch to a wall outlet. I also ordered three of the single matching pendent lights for my kitchen counter. The specification for the product indicated a length of 120 inches. The actual length was about 75 inches. Customer service could not explain why and ykolupty never returned my call.. Amazon sent several replacements, only to find all were the wrong length. Because i needed the pendents to match the chandelier, I had to have an electrician rewire all the pendents, extending to the 120 inches i needed. It costs me a couple of hundred dollars to correct Amazon's mistake. After several calls to customer service, Amazon gave me a $10. 75 credit. I finally gave up. Overall my experience with Amazon and ykolupty was horrible. Ykolupty is classifed by Amazon as a "third-party vendor." When i reached out to them for an explanation and resolution, i got and answering service and I was informed that i would get a response within 48 hours. Needless to say they never called back. Amazon was no better. They went back and forth on a resolution. So while the chandelier is beautiful, it is not worth the trouble. It was the most horrendous experience I have ever encountered. I would recommend that you not be distracted by the beauty of Ykolupty's products. Its not worth the dramma. Amazon rates this product as one with a "high return rate." I'm waiting for the next shoe to fall! 👎🏾
