I stop taking them and the brain fog comes back. Is it because of its benefits (alongside the lion mane), a combination of both or a random coicidence? I am back on taking it so, you figure. And it doesn't break the bank and I read about its benefits long term, according to a couple of neuroscientists. And we all (ok, a few) listen to those scientists these days so I keep buying them.

I have been having a lot of brain fog recently and after reading up on supplements, and I came across these. I thought 'what could be easier than having a tablet a day' and the cost wasn't too bad so I bought them. They turned up quickly. The packaging is really nice, I think the branding on them is quite attractive and the information on the bottle is reassuringly detailed and informative. I've been taking them for a while now and I didn't think they'd do much, but I have honestly felt happier in myself, less anxiety for definite and I feel like I can think clearer than I had been. It hasn't been like a 'wonder drug' or a miracle or anything, but I really do feel like they've made a positive difference to how I've been feeling, and they're the only real thing I've changed with my lifestyle recently. Also worth mentioning, I suffer with migraines from time to time, but they haven't been anywhere near as frequent since I started taking these. Maybe it's just coincidence but it is the Ginko Biloba that's doing it, it's worth taking them in my opinion.
