Q: will fiberglass particles get all over the kitchen when i use this?

Yes it will absolutely get fiberglass every where. I bought one and opened to refold it since the pull tabs were in the wrong position. Thousands of fiberglass filaments got on my shirt, skin, floor. It was a mess. It took 3 washes and dries for my clothes to be rid of the filaments. And cleanup took a while since the filaments floated all over.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! So long as the fire blanket isn't damaged, it can be reused. There can't be any holes or damaged materials. If it's just soot then it can be wiped off and reused. Let us know if you have further questions. Stay safe!

Q: Can you use these on an electric stove?

The Hero Fire spray is a good choice for extinguishing small fires, such as grease or kitchen fires. Unfortunately, it cannot be used on electrical fires.

Q: I've read similar product has fiberglass chards that poke your skin and hard to remove from clothing. Is this the same issue?

Prepared Hero…I just gave one to my mother-in-law and took it out to show her how to use it. It was VERY prickly! I had to wash my hands several times and I still feel the fiberglass in my fingers! How disappointing!

Product meet stringent UK safety standards

Product arrived earlier than expected date. Item was well packaged. The red safety blanket cover is made well and has the kite safety coding written clearly identifying that the product waz made to meet all required safety standards.This was important to me that safety standards of blanket were observed in the making and the item was made in the UK holding the UKCA and the CE mark.I feel confident now that I have this product should tge eventuality of a fire occurring

Good price, compact and needed

Great! I have one in my house and one in my campervan. Easy to use, light weight, compact size for storing in the van. The price was good value for money and we should all have one of these in our house I think.

Seems to be good quality. I was influenced to buy this and it is stored in my kitchen where I have a gas hob. Compact and easy to store. Not a bad price if it comes to needing to use it!
