For my granddaughters

I bought this to do with my 5-year-old granddaughter on a recent visit. She loved every second! She looped and I tied. It was so much fun. We finished it in 3 days.

Made this with my son and he had so much fun helping get the pieces all in their position.

This was a Christmas gift for my 5-year-old. He had a blast helping me put it together. It's lightweight but warm, and the pictures are great; however, it seems like 1-2 squares were missing. We still made it work, though!

I’m very in love with this blanket activityI’m 19 and even though this is more targeted twords kids, I doubt it’s kid friendly unless your kids are maybe 12-13 at the youngest. I say this because this was quite time consuming. I did a good half of the blanket untill I decided to stop for the day, and continued the rest the best day. It took a total of 6-7hrs to complete it. And I’m unsure most younger kids can sit there for that long to make a blanket. But it could always be faster with another set of handsI decided to use one of the template designs as I really liked it, it reminded me of the periodic table of elements , so it was funny. I really love Dino’s and I think it’s also super cool how all the names of the Dino’s are the scientific name! The different colours are very fun as well, along with the patterns! There’s definitely a lot of different patterns you can do.I did realize after some time it is definitely machine cut, as I had to finish cutting some of the tabs myself, only 3 or 4, so not too many. But the amount of tabs sometimes didn’t add up? So the normal amount was 8, but sometimes I’d have 7 on one square, so I’d have an extra tab. With the extra I just tucked it under the tied pieces. I only had 2 or 3 of these but yeah. Just a small detailThis is most definitely 100% made of felt , which isn’t too much of a problem at all. Just felt sometimes is rly difficult to clean, and you can’t put it in the dryer. I have a full sized bed and I’d say it takes a good half of it up, which is great! Because I too, only take up half the bed hahahaOverall this is a great activity to keep you busy and clear your mind, I just think if you’re giving it to a kid, to definitely pitch in and help, or make sure your kid is patientI’d definitely do this again

I got this dinosaur DIY blanket kit for my Grandson to try to make. He is only 3 but he loves to do crafts with me when he comes over. I thought that since everything is already cut and measured that this would be the perfect thing for him to try to do on his own while I work on my sewing. He was able to do most of the tying on his own because it is only just tying knots. I did have to go through and make sure everything was secure in the end but he really did a good job on his own. This is a great craft for even younger kids. I have to give it 5+ Stars. Everything was all cut out and ready for us to put it together right out of the box. It took a little longer for him because he is little but It kept his attention and he was so proud of his dino blanket when we were finished. This is a great craft for all ages. The kit is perfectly put together. Highly recommend!

I bought this as a gift, it was a shame that it only had 19 of the 20 squares needed to actually make the blanket. Wouldn't buy again.

Gifted this to my friend's child! Only took a weekend to make, Its comfortable and something your child can be proud they made themselves or with an adult. Encouraging activity. absolutely love, 10/10
