Great for travelling
We have bought a few of these water colour books now for my 2 year old. They are great for travelling. No mess colouring in and they can be coloured over and over again which makes them great value for money. The books are quite hard so have so far lasted us well and we take them on car journeys and I have stocked up on a few for a long flight we have coming up. My 2 year old loves them and keeps him entertained for a while and I have even spotted my 8 year old having a little paint!

Great play product on the go or at home
My daughter, age 2, loves these and they keep her occupied for 20-30 minutes. I love that it’s just water and it’s great for play at home or on the go. The only downside is if the brush is left full and returned to the holder in the cover the water does leak out and warp the cardboard cover. Be sure you empty the brush before storing it.

So great it’s reusable. Just fill up the pen with water. The pages dry quickly so they can be painted again. So great for when we’re travelling,

Hours of entertainment
My almost three year old loves this as it’s easy to pain with the little brush so he can quickly see the picture and doesn’t get bored

Great alternative
This is a great alternative to screen time while travelling, both of my kids love it! and there is no mess!

Great pen, lovely illustrations.
My toddler loves this book. The brush is much better than previous water pens I’ve bought. My toddler really enjoys this book. The illustrations are lovely and colours are very vibrant. Would recommend.

Doesn't last long
The more you use it, the less it works. You get about 10 goes on each sheet before it starts getting harder to see the picture. Great if you're just buying it for a specific reason like you're travelling and need something to entertain them on the journey, but not as an everyday toy

Meine Tochter hat ein Wassermalbuch geschenkt bekommen und war so begeistert davon, dass ich bei amazon nach einem weiteren suchte. Vom Preis und Layout her haben mich die Bücher von Melissa & Doug angesprochen und wir sind sehr begeistert. Meine tochter hat das Buch sicher schon 30 x bemalt und die Qualität ist für den Preis völlig in Ordnung, bisher funktioniert alles einwandfrei und bis auf ein paar kleine Stellen ist das Buch noch genau wie beim 1. Malen... Zur Info, das Buch hat 4 Seiten zum bemalen und einen Wassermalstift, dieser muss mit Wasser gefüllt werden und sobald Wasser die weißen Seiten berührt werden diese farbig und es erscheinen bunte Motive...eine tolle Beschätigung für Kinder, allerdings würde ich dies nicht unbedingt auf Reisen nutzen da es doch sehr nass wird ;)
