I've tried various joint supplements in capsule form and had some relief with a few, but this liquid supplement started relieving back, knees and joints within the first couple of days! I love it and use it every day, mixed with juices. A little more work than popping a pill supplement but well worth the extra time to mix with juice. Have not tried it alone yet, but it doesn't seem to change the taste of the juice. Ordering my second bottle and plan to continue with this product. It is a noticeable game changer for aches and pains for me.

I have extreme rheumatoid and osteoarthritis in both my knees and am a perfect candidate for replacement, except I'm in my 30s. No doctor will perform the surgery, and so I've had to find other solutions to the excruciating pain. In early March, I injured my right knee, but didn't rest it for two weeks and continued working out and doing more damage. Someone pointed me in the direction of prehab and supplementation. Well, I've tried the horse pills and the disgusting wafers and I've never been good at consistently taking them, as the entire experience is unpleasant. Figuring that a liquid would be easier, I started doing my research and found Tropical Oasis. It's made in Texas and just a town over from where I live, so I got my first order next day. Within the first 3-4 days of mixing the supplement into some flavored water cut with a little plain water and drinking it I felt relief. Very little pain. Within 2 weeks, I was able to jog and squat and lunge with minimal pain. I've been a dancer my entire life and was able to get back to it. In conjunction with a high compression knee sleeve on some occasions I can say that I haven't felt this amazing in almost a decade. Anyone with even a slight knee condition will benefit from this product. I don't know how I lived without it, or why others are unaware of this incredible secret. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I went from so much pain every day and being kept up at night to being able to finally getting a full night's sleep and standing up from the couch without holding on to something for support. While I will never be 100% pain free and will only find complete relief with a surgery and full replacement, this product has made life liveable again and has made it easier for me to do the things that I love and to continue with an athletic and active lifestyle. If you've tried everything else and didn't find anything that worked, Tropical Oasis Liquid Glucosamine and Chondroitin with Hyaluronic Acid will not disappoint!

I have been using this supplement for about three weeks. It seems to be decreasing my knee pain by about 30%. I have suffered from osteoarthritis for many years so I consider this amount of pain decrease to be substantial. Having said that, I am also considering that this might just be a placebo affect, but as long as it keeps working, I will keep taking it. My only problem is that the supplement does cause some GI distress, varying from gas in the lower GI tract to abdominal discomfort. This was worse during the first week or two so perhaps these side effects will eventually be resolved. I have been taking the regular dosage as instructed on the bottle. In my opinion, this supplement is worth a try. I've tried similar supplements that were in capsule or pill form, but they gave me no relief. The taste is tolerable as it's easy to swallow the entire dosage in one gulp.

I prefer water soluble vitamins anyway and although a pleasant taste is nice, not always likely so my concern has always been more with the ingredients.I was immediately surprised at how great the taste is and would go as far to say it's the best vitamin supplement I've tasted. Aside from that, I purchased the Sleep A Weigh and Joint Complete too. I'll admit I have to chase the Joint Complete with something because it's not too pleasant but it's tolerable. I noticed within 1 week that I had more energy, better quality of sleep, more refreshed upon waking, smoother clearer skin and I've become more regular. The biggest improvement has been in my knees. I lift pretty heavy at 3-4 times a week and my knees had been paying for it. If for only the fact that they feel 100% now, I'll continue to take these products and recommend them to my friends and family.

I waited for a marked improvement before writing a review and eleven days later I can say I have a 80 to 90 percent reduction in my hip pain. I no longer limp in favor of my right hip. Still have some stiffness after 30 or so minutes of driving when I first get out of the car but even that is not nearly as bad. I no longer feel like a doddering old lady as I walk around. I turn 65 next week so this is a lovely change. I did start taking a turmeric supplement about three days after I started this... not sure if that is part of the improvement but I'll continue taking both as long as my motion is this good. I recommend giving it a try. Oh.. the taste is not good... but I put it in a shot glass and chase it with juice. Worth the moment of yuk.

Unfortunately I have only taken a few days worth and cannot comment on whether it works or not because I had a negative reaction to this. Abdominal cramps followed by very loose stools. Taste is ok. Helps when you keep it refrigerated and chase with water or juice.

I have terrible infamation in my wrist, shoulder and knee. I have been using termeric for quite a while but this product is great, it has put an end to the painful part of getting old. I plain to make another tomorrow.
