They taste very good they make me sleepy so I have to take at night. Bottle says to take 2 but I only take 1 a day since that’s what Google recommends. Also it says on google to not take saffron for more than 3 months. So I will take the whole bottle and see how I feel after

We used a different brand previously and I wasn’t 100% impressed but I guess if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative this is a good value for your money. I didn’t notice an improvement in mood for myself or my kids. The taste was good and overall focus was slightly better but it does have a calming effect so that part is effective. The overall effectiveness probably varies from person to person.

My son has been using this product to help with his attention deficit. We have gone through multiple bottles and still rely on it although he is now an adult and living on his own. You should definitely try if your child has issues paying attention in school or if you’re an adult having issues paying attention at work.

I've been pleased with this product. I was hoping you find something natural to increase mine and possibly my husband's energy level and help with mild to moderate depression.Omg! It really works.
