I've been using this in combination with with some other vegan/vegetarian glucosamine and yoga for about a year. I am not regular in taking it, but I think it has helped. My miniscule tear from volleyball game has stopped hurting and my joints are doing lot better these days.

I used to be able to buy this in a local store but they stopped carrying it. I'm very happy to be able to buy it online! What a wonderful herbal combination - I have some knowledge of Ayurveda so I know what herbs to look for and this product has all the ones I want and know work for my arthritis pain. Joint Care helps me remain able to move well 7 years after the car accident at the root of the pain.

I am thrilled to have found this product. I needed something for inflammation and pain because I didn't want to take medication. I read up on Boswellia and decided to try it. It was also recommended by a sales person in a health food store. I started taking it, along with the Curcumin that I was already taking, and I got improvement within 3 days! I noticed more improvement after 2 weeks and within a month, I was almost pain free. I have been telling everyone I know about the benefits. I read that it works even better when combined with Curcumin. So, I wanted to make sure I mentioned that I also take Curcumin.

The size of the capsule is good to swallow it. It doesn't leave any kind of flavor in the mouth. It took long to note the results but, is normal all the medicine take longer to see if work or not

I've taken one bottle of this before. I have severe arthritis...does it work?...who knows? but the combination of herbs are a little different than most supplements out there. If the combination is truly following Ayurvedic medicine, let's face it, their practice goes back thousands of year, just like the Chinese...our medicine is mostly harmful chemicals with frightening side effects, plus our practice of medicine is very young. I'd rather go on the recommendation of an American Indian, East Indian, or Asian. The best part of this supplement is that it can't hurt you and it might help.

I’ve been using Himalayan Joint Care for a couple of years now. I started taking it at the recommendation of my daughter who has had rheumatoid arthritis since early high school and also takes it. I was having pain and swelling mostly in my hands which I think is normal aging related arthritis. It is so much better with this supplement! I’ve recommended it to a number of friends and take it every day myself.

As a first time user of the product, it came recommended by Indian and non-Indian physicians here in the US when I started having back problems. I ended up having surgery, but the product was useful 4 weeks prior to the operation and I am still continuing the daily dosage of dual pills.
