Healthy and Happy little Shrimps
I received a well-packaged little box of shrimp. The temp was perfect, and the heat packs were still working. Healthy looking, and everyone arrived alive and happy. They added a spare just in case, and it was absolutely lovely. A few of the gals are absolute units, but the little ones are holding their own. Great colors!

Lively, beautiful shrimp -- excellent customer service
These are great, healthy shrimp. The first shipment had a problem somewhere in packing I think. The box was soaked and the shrimp were all doa. I reached out to the vendor and they asked for a photo then replaced the batch right away. The second batch came super healthy. One shrimp managed to get out of the little container I was acclimating them in and fell and I figured he was a goner, but I got him to cling onto my finger and I put him back in the water and now he's just enjoying his dinner as if nothing happened. That's a sign these guys are healthy, that a shock like that isn't instant death. There were about 24 shrimp when there were supposed to be 20, and they're all great. The colors are brilliant, and they get more pronounced as the shrimp calm down and feel safer in their new home. They're all very active and just a lot of fun to watch. It is important to properly drip acclimate them and they came with detailed instructions on how to do that.

Definitely worth the purchase
Was extremely impressed that all of the shrimp arrived safe. Even had several extra shrimplets and a berried female. Shrimp were very good quality and a beautiful blue. Will definitely purchase again if needed.

High Grade Shrimp
Shrimp came alive and high grade color, in a variety of sizes. Few died from shipping stress and parameter adjustment, but that is expected. All survivors are grazing and healthy, and I already have a few saddled females. Will purchase from this breeder again!

Great deal overall, but coloration could be slightly better and beware the "green fungus"
Long review because I want to explain as much as possible in case it is useful to someone (but really because I want to infodump about my new shrimps lol). They are in a 20gal long aquarium that already had two shrimps from an old colony (unsure whether one of the old shrimps snuck into the video). Received these guys a couple days ago (their day of arrival is "Day 0"). They came in two bags with approximately half of the shrimps in each bag. One shrimp was DOA and the bag it was in smelled quite bad, but everyone else was still alive. I put all the shrimps into a small tub using water from the non-stinky bag and began drip acclimating them. During acclimation, I came to realize that one of the shrimps had damaged legs and the notorious "green fungus" (it's not actually a fungus, rather a parasitic algae, but that's what it's commonly called). This was mentioned in some of the reviews on other listings from this seller, so I wasn't entirely surprised. I separated that shrimp from the rest and continued acclimating. I treated the water in the tub with a tiny amount of H2O2 because I read that this kills spores from the parasite. I'm not too mad at the seller because it's hard to avoid all disease in stressed-out animals being shipped across the country, but it's something to look out for and there's always the worry that others will catch it. I didn't bother quarantining the whole lot, only the obviously sick one, because there were so few previous shrimps in my aquarium. They seemed a bit stressed upon arrival and during acclimation, but perked up quickly upon being added to the aquarium. They immediately took to exploring the tank and grazing. A few more died, but I don't blame the seller, as I'll explain: One shrimp died during the acclimation process. Another died overnight into Day 1, and another random one died in the middle of Day 1. The "green fungus" shrimp died in quarantine after I tried a salt bath. So in total, including the DOA, I lost 4 out of the whole shipment. I don't blame the seller for these deaths because I typically lose some shrimps in the first few days no matter where I buy them from, even if I'm careful to acclimate them slowly. They are sensitive to changes and shipping is stressful to them. As a note, I would beware of reviews that complain about the shrimps dying without any mention of drip acclimation, because this species simply does not survive well if you don't acclimate them very slowly. It's now Day 2 and there have been no additional deaths, and none of them show any sign of the "green fungus". I'm hopeful that the shrimp that had the "fungus" was just a weak individual and that the problem won't become more widespread. All seem healthy and active, and there was even a successful molt. I've been feeding them (mineral junkie on Day 1, Hikari pellets today) and they have good appetites. The seller was MORE THAN GENEROUS with the extras. It was hard to count but I think there were even more than the promised 20+4, PLUS at least two were berried and a couple babies were in there. Other than the bonus babies, they were all either adults or close to being adults, i.e. they will probably breed before long. This is a very good deal if you're looking to start a colony, especially for the price (about 60 USD); different sellers I've bought from in the past either sent fewer shrimps for more money, or sent juveniles that weren't close to breeding age. Also, the extras and the berried females more than make up for losing a few. As for the coloration, results were somewhat mixed. Most of them are quite nice looking and a few are an absolutely stunning dark blue. However, a few of them are too light and/or a bit too patchy for me to call them "grade A+" as the seller's graphic implies they are. They seem to have colored up now that they're settled, but the patchy ones are still patchy, so this is likely their true coloration and not just shipping stress. I'll update if anything significant happens that changes my viewpoint, but overall I'm satisfied despite the few caveats.

All arrived alive and they added extra shrimps
It took 7 days to get here, but all 13 of my shrimps are alive!!! They look so cute! And they’re a lot bigger than I thought they’d be! They added extra shrimps and a little plastic and plant enrichment in the bag. One of the shrimps even molted on the way here. Will order from this company again

Considering these guys came from the states to Canada, I am really impressed. Bigger than I thought they would be, beautiful mix of colours and all ten lived. I think there might have been an extra one in there as there looked like a wee cooked shrimp, but really happy with the variety and size of these guys. And such troopers for making the huge journey . I would order again, on a Monday though,,, lol
