Wrong capacity received, it's saying 1.5 litre, but don't store even a litre

Neelam stainless steel patila
I ordered 1.1l capacity but received 900ml capacity vessel. Quality of steel seems alright. It is light weight not ideal for cooking but can be used for boiling.
