Rothco Canvas Equipment Duffle Bag – Travel & Gym Bag with Heavyweight Cotton Canvas Material – Great for Storing Gear, Clothing, and More

A perfect carry bag with extremely durable canvas construction. It is simple to use and no modern array of pockets that are offered in modern bags. It is almost the perfect size, and I use this for extra clothes or duty uniform artifacts, (1) towel, and a small host of items I would need if snowed in i.e. stranded.

Well made and durable. I have used this on a couple of trips, and it has held up to some abuse. The straps are attached very well and have shown no signs of wear or damage. The zippers have held up well, even with the bag overstuffed.

I bought this bag for work to put all my sand blasting equipment in. I just recieved it today, so I can not speak to the durability yet, but it seems well made and heavy-duty. As you can see, it fits my full sized blasting hood with cape, gloves, nozzles, etc. with some room to spare. Zippers are all thick metal so breaking should not be and issue. The only thing I think they skimped on is that the D-ring and clasp for the shoulder strap are plastic and will probably break before long. Seeing how all other parts are metal, I don't understand why they went cheap there. All in all a good bag, especially for the price ($18.99 at the time of this review) and I will update if it happens to fall apart in a week! 🤣 Update: it has been almost two months of good use (I work 10 - 14 hours a day, 6, sometimes 7 days a week) and it shows very little if any signs of wear, aside from being extremely dirty. Also, I misspoke about the plastic D-rings. I assumed they were plastic because they had a thick coating on them, but when I went to cut them off to replace them with clasps from my hardware store, I ended up cutting through metal. Lesson learned - pay more attention before cutting parts off of new purchases. Lol!

This is a great duffle bag for gym, school travel, or daily use (depending on what all you need to carry). I use mine primarily as my dedicated gym bag but find it just as useful as a travel bag due to its quality materials and space. The bag fits gym clothes, towel, gym shoes, and dopp kit perfectly without being too small or too big. When traveling I use it as a carry on to stow away my belongings while I'm on the go. (Light jacket, sunglasses, headphones, books, tablet, snacks, etc). The bag is durable and made of a reasonably thick canvas material so seems like it will last for years. The shoulder strap and handles are stitched well and show no signs of ripping off like many other low cost bags do. The main pocket is medium size and fits the above mentioned items. The side and end pockets are actually a bit small but I use those for bluetooth headphones, my gym lock, and things from my pockets. (Wallet, keys, etc) get this bag and you wont be disappointed.

I picked this up for a three day trip. It’s well made I would suggest getting the larger size for more than three days. It is a good fit for air travel.

Very happy with this bag. It’s smaller than a normal duffel bag which is what I wanted. It also appears very durable and rugged, something else I also wanted. I’ll be using it as a daily “work bag” “man purse” because I have a lot of odds and ends I normally carry with me, so this will fit the bill. I wouldn’t hesitate to throw some gear in it and use it on a camping trip or hike either. The price was right for a well built bag that I expect will last several years. Five stars! UPDATE: After carrying this bad DAILY for about a month and a half, I can say it continues to be durable. This bag doesn't live an easy life, it stays packed full of things and is constantly being zipped/unzipped and thrown in and out of my car's floorboard. No rips, no tears, zippers are working great. Still a five star purchase!

I use this bag for work, carrying books n lunch n tablet but if gyms were open i'd be able to fit everything i need in there. I don't love the orange thread...i think it would look nicer with black or beige but i bought it for strength. I'm pretty hard on my bags and usually something rips, but this one is holding out great and I use it most everyday.

This was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He's a crossfitter and he's at the gym daily, the bag is the perfect size, it holds a towel, a couple of water bottles, a jump rope, a phone and his keys. Five stars for sure.

Feels really well made and looks cool with the orange stitching. Definitely a bargain at that price too.
