A must have for Keto
Reliable way of staying in ketosis. I use them more for reassurance and to keep me motivated. Yes, they are expensive but what do you expect for a top quality medical instrument!!?

Invaluable for those on a keto diet
Excellent professional item for measuring ketones, this is a must in my opinion for those on the ketogenic diet. Only comment is that they are very costly.
