used it a few times now for carp fishing mostly. The clutch is very delicate and gives you more of a feel for the fish.It feels really well balanced with the Kastking KKR-S710M.. If I could give six stars I would. I am so impressed with this little reel that this very day I'm going to buy another one. Can't say better than that. For the money brilliant. Such a smooth action and really well balanced.

I've been using the 5000 modal for shore fishing this summer, mainly spinning, and I've been through quite a lot of braid so far. You can't fill the spool to the top or it knots and tangles which means casting is S##te compared to my shimano exage. For the price and smoothness of reeling it's still alright I suppose. The Shimano hyperloop is cheaper and better
