I think so, I've been using peel and sticks for years. Peel and sticks usually stick and stay on just about anything.

Would this stick to a wooden classroom door?

I most definitely think you could! I stuck mine on concrete wall and it held on really nicely so I would think the wooden door should be perfect

How big is it is it a full wall

I can’t take a picture of it since it’s in a classroom. But it won’t cover a full wall. It’s not quite that big but it’s not so small where it feels wasteful to buy. It also depends how much you space out the individual pieces. But imagine the size an oven door, it’s a little bigger than that. At least for me.
