I have been drinking Shakeology for years, it is an awesome protein, nutrient packed product that definitely helps cut down on sugar cravings and makes you feel full. Mix it with peanut butter and half of a banana a little ice and water and it" the most delicious shake you will ever have. The texture of that of a milk shake and I definitely recommend using a blender.

I used to buy this product years ago and I am happy to see it is now available through Amazon for the convenience of buying. I would like to address a few concerns people have posted. The product is best prepared using a shaker cup. This may be why some complain about the texture. As for taste, it is a healthy shake, not a sweet shake. It is a kin to appreciating the taste of vegetables with time. When I first used the product I wasn’t excited about the taste but in due time I enjoyed it and looked forward to it. The product is not cheap and if it was to go up in price I will likely stop buying it.

My absolute favorite shake! I typically have one a day! I love that you can get it from Amazon and have it shipped overnight! I use the chocolate the most but vanilla isnt too far behind. The recipes are endless!. I use the Kodiak choc chip oatmeal and then mix one the protein shake, pop it in the oven for a minute, mix it up, it’s so creamy and a bowl of heaven. For more protein add pb. I make protein balls for the family and they love them! I typically mix up what I put in but you could google a normal protein ball recipe and follow. A normal shake on the run with some pb and banana, ice def keeps me full and content most of the day!

Love this Vanilla Shake! I start my day with this healthy drink! It's filled with dense nutrition, that seems to build an armor against infection in my body. I am 77 years "young" :-) I add frozen blueberries to the shake power and 2 % milk. I've also added applesauce, or a banana, to the shake. It makes a delicious and thick shake in my blender. The bag of powder lasts a month of daily use! Highly recommend!

Yummy, add a banana or strawberries or heck go crazy and add both! Mmmm great for a filler and getting your protein on! Tad pricey is my only quam.

I have been using g this powder for years. I have not found a flavor i didnt like. It has tons of health benefits and the price is ok. The health benefits outweigh the price for me.

Ive had the Shakeology previously from a direct seller. Over the last year, I ordered here. When I opened the bag, the powder smelled like paint and was extremely gritty—even after blending. It had what appeared to be tiny clear pebbles and other indescribable pieces. I used it one time and let it sit in my pantry and never consumed it again. I’m cleaning my pantry and saw this bag. Unfortunately, this only-used-once-$100 plus-bag will be discarded. For what I paid, and given that Ive used this product before—it was a very costly disappointment.
