Misleading & Disappointing – It Leaked All Over My Bag!
I bought this cup mainly because the product photos show it being carried inside a bag without leaking. That was completely false. I put it in my bag like shown, and it leaked everywhere. It ruined my documents and electronics, and I had a really awful day because of it. This cup is definitely not leakproof as advertised. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who actually needs a reliable travel mug. Misleading marketing and a very bad experience overall.

Poor quality steel
The mug was able to keep beverages hot for 1.5-2 hrs, but it got rust within a week -10 days
