Great Magnesium
Really helps me recover from my work outs faster and helps me sleep at night. Pills are easy to swallow and dont leave the same chalky feeling other magnesium did.

GOOD STUFF
According to my husband nd everyone at his job that he has referred this too..(i think there is some placeboing going on lol) the product is amazing and they feel calmer and sleep better. I will say he takes it daily and I do not. I take supplements in small groups so I can monitor my body's reaction. Maybe this is one of those you need to build up in your system.

Easy to swallow
