Nova Wax Lamp Purple Liquid Red Wax

Stunning lava lamp , I’m happy to say it arrived in perfect condition. It really is a lovely lamp. I will be returning to buy again thank you!

Good for relaxation and love the warm colour. Fascinating to watch. Does take a long time to warm up - at least an hour and a half in a cool room but not as long when warmer. Functions much better in a warmer environment. Previous lava lamp was a rocket design - like the appearance of this one much more. Works better than my last one too. Overall very pleased with purchase.

I bought this as a present for my 12 year old daughter who had asked for one for Christmas. I shopped around but this one looked particularly good quality and has a nice modern design. It is also black and red to match her room. We haven't been disappointed as it is a high quality item and has worked well so far. It does take a good 2 hours to warm up when you first turn it on, so be patient! After a few uses it becomes more like an hour. Once working the lamp produces a constant display of moving 'blobs' which is quite hypnotic to watch! We have ended up with it in the living room rather than my daughter's bedroom as we all love it. The colours are bright and it also doesn't get dangerously hot. It has been used every day for 2 weeks for several hours with no problems so far.

This was my second lava lamp I bought and although it works well and functioned as expected, the build quality isn't as good as other brands out there. The lamp bottle didn't sit straight in the base and this was a design flaw rather than a manufacturing issue. I wasn't too bothered as once set up you don't touch the bottle.

Was perfect for a corner of my teenagers bedroom

I had the blue one about 4 years ago, unfortunately it was switched off for about 3 years due to moving house and when I switched it on it just wouldn't work - the wax was solid and didn't move. So I've just bought the purple one, it's so beautiful and very relaxing to watch. Highly recommended.

Wir haben die eigentlich sehr schöne Lampe ausgepackt und sehr einfach zusammen gesetzt. Das Problem : die Lampe hat leider einen Stecker nach englischer Stecker-Norm. Daher mussten wir einen Adapter zusätzlich kaufen. Es fehlt der Hinweis, weder in der Artikelbeschreibung noch in der Deutschen Betriebsanleitung

beau produit dommage que l'utilisation d'un adaptateur de prise ne soit pas signalé ou joint à la lampe. Utilisation impossible en France puisque prise anglaise sans cet élément. De plus le mode d'emploi n'est pas en français.

Muy bonita y relajante, se queda uno embobado mirándola como el fluido rojo sube y baja, adoptando formas y chocando con otras como a cámara lenta y la combinación de colores muy buena. La compré para mis hijos, como luz de acompañamiento a la hora de dormir y de momento les encanta y se pasan ratos largos mirándola. La única pega es que tarda un par de horas en calentarse y el subir y bajar de la lava es continuo y más fluido. La primera vez que la encendimos, yo no sé si por el tiempo que llevaba almacenada, el transporte, etc, tardó como unas seis o siete horas el fluido rojo en fundirse y hacerse completamente líquido, por lo que hay que tener paciencia.

Wir haben diese Lampe zu Weihnachten an unsere Tochter verschenkt und die Enttäuschung war sehr groß, als wir beim Auspacken feststellen mussten, dass es nur einen englischen Stecker gab. Leider fehlte beim Kauf jeglicher Hinweis darauf. Wir mussten einen entsprechenden Adapter nachbestellen und es vergehen nun einige Tage bis die Lampe getestet werden kann.

Im ganzen ist sie recht instabil. Der Gasbehälter ist nicht passgenau mit dem Unterteil verbunden. Im ganzen ist es eine wackelige Angelegenheit. Leider habe ich den Stecker von Englisch auf Deutsch umgebaut, sonst hätte ich sie wieder zurück gesendet. Das Licht und die Blasen sind ganz ok. Ich würde sie nicht mehr kaufen.
