This basketball stand is of good quality. Sturdy solid metal pole. Polyurethane backboard and solid steel rim. Rim is full size and height can be adjusted to 3.05m, but in reality that is very high unless you're 7ft! Only one thing to be careful with: The handle that winds the pole up or down is pretty flimsy and must be "handled" (get it?) with care. Especially when you're coming towards the bottom stop and the top stop. Well worth the money though and much better made than some of its contemporaries. I'm even more impressed with the supplier, Big Game Hunters. I needed a missing part sent out and I also needed a new pole. They sent it out, no questions asked and were exceptionally helpful. We often forget that after sales is crucial, especially when buying online. Big Game Hunters were very good and I would definitely buy from them again. Go for it, just take care with the winding handle.

Both kids absolutely loved this basketball hoop having hours of fun! Great quality and value for money.

Issue: Back board support installation hole missed about 1cm, need to drill a hole. Notice rust stain on the pole after rain in the first day.

Don't kid yourself, this is full size and heavy in the box. It was well packaged and went together with ease. It is easy to move around but a go back to the first bit, it is heavy, especially with the ballast in the base. I opted to fill the base with water as I didn't have any sand. This really does make it heavy to move around but the wheels work just fine and make it easy to move considering size and weight. We recently had very high winds and I forgot all about it. I had previously reminded myself that if there are high winds, I need to lay it down so as not to catch the wind with the huge backboard. Now having said all that, it was fine, stood up to a right battering overnight. I will try and stow it safely in future if there are high winds but it is really stable and above all else my daughter loves it. Highly recommended.

Being in another lockdown, we decided we would love a basketball hoop to help keep myself and the teen entertained. First of all, the delivery came faster than stated so bonus there. The assembly- you definitely need TWO people. However me and the boy did it together well enough. It’s a bit time consuming to build but when it’s done, it’s such a feeling of accomplishment lol. The instructions are a little bit vague but usable and we got there. Once built, we filled the base with water (no access to sand) and that’s worked very well. However if you have a stormy night, I do suggest you lie it down if you can otherwise it will fall over with a big gust of high wind. The thing as a whole, we love it. Well made, lots of fun. You don’t have to have it full size, just make sure how tall you want it before fixing it together otherwise you will have to unbolt parts of it to shorten it down which will be a pain in the ass lol. I’d definitely recommend this!

Having bought a BEE-BALL Pro Bound ZY-015 Full NBA Size 10ft Adjustable Basketball hoop for my son’s Christmas present in 2023 from Big Game Hunters, by November 2024 the supporting rod had rusted and broken. It had 10 months of use once erected. By the time I had contacted them it was just out of the warranty. I was happy to pay for a replacement part. I was told that they could not send me a replacement part. I then enquired who their manufacturer was so I could contact the manufacturer directly and get a part from them (which I thought was a reasonable request.) I was happy to wait or pay extra for the shipping from China. They repeatedly refused to give me this information and told me there was nothing they could do. I now have 8ft of metal with rusted screws lying in my garden. On closer inspection other parts of the basketball stand are also rusting away. This is a poor quality product with no recourse from a company that does not uphold the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you want to avoid having a pile of rusted metal lying in your garden after a short period of time then do not buy. Incredibly frustrating and a total waste of money.

Reviewing product after several months of using it. BEE-BALL basketball hoop is a strong and sturdy. I'm happy with my purchase, I would recommend.

Good quality at a very fair price. Can be adjusted for different sizes. Used at our holiday let house and survives the guests!
