Overall helpful
Great insight into the how and why of our brains functioning like they do. Good ideas for developing tools to help with issues. I wish SMART goals development was explained with more examples, but that is just a personal preference due to the way I learn and retain information.

Great Book!
This book was referred to me by my therapist, dealing with grief. I was always complaining of not getting my house in order. I have not always been this way. I have already started the book and reviewing your suggestions. I am looking forward to turning my life around. Thank you for this gift of words.

Love a good workbook
Excited to start this workbook; been recently diagnosed with ADHD, and my executive functioning problems have been so stressful for so long. Happy to have some practical tips to start tackling the areas in which I need help. Love the cover, too!

If I could put in the effort required to use this book, I wouldn’t need the book.
When I ordered this book, I was under the impression that it would be something I could work on a little bit at a time and get something out of it. I thought it would be a lighter activity. I did not realize that it would require concentrated effort to sit and read, process and retain information, and follow a deep thought process to answer questions in the workbook. But I can’t sit still and put all that into it for more than five minutes. That’s why I wanted the book. I think that the book would help me, if I had the patience and ability to sit through what you have to put into it. But my “I can’t be bothered“ attitude kicked in, and I went on to other things. I need some thing that will work with my neurodivergence, not against it.

Hopeful
I just started to get into this book, but I feel like the author has a solid, practical approach to helping me learn to better handle the way my mind works, and improve how I function in daily life. I will come back and update my review after I get through the book and have a chance to apply what I have learned.

Really enjoying this workbook! I'll be honest, in true ADHD style I get really into doing it and then forget for a while but finding it very useful and should go back to it!

Author keeps emphasizing how ladies with ADHD may feel in a bad way about our diagnosis, that we may struggle or feel shame with this title in a role as mother etc… ~I bought this more for empowerment and improvement being someone proudly owning ADHD, NOT because I feel shame or in any negative way about having ADHD. It’s a workbook but little guidance about “how to actually work through” the issues we face. I would return it but my water bottle leaked in my bag. Of course something we would do with ADHD, pack up in a crazy frenzy and deal with the outcomes later, I need to learn strategies for that because many things get ruined in the haste🤦🏻♀️ I ordered more books that I hope are more in tune with me & likely to keep my focus😉

I'm someone who is focussed in getting their adhd and mental health into check. This book doesn't keep me engaged at all. I got bored and tried to keep pushing through. It needs to somehow hit that spot and just doesnt. Sadly feel like i wasted my money :(

This book is just what women with ADHD need to begin to really understand the condition and learn to deal with it in everyday situations to the best of their ability.
