Been using this for years. Helps digestion to reduce pain and bloating when consuming inflammatory foods.

Granny swears by these. She uses them for like everything and she insists that I use them too. I don't have any problem using them. I haven't had any bad reactions. I don't get an upset stomach. I actually feel pretty good after I use them. Kind of like when I use probiotics. So I feel like they're doing something. They're not too bad for swallowing, they're pretty average.

This stuff radically changed my life and my health. Please work with a registered dietician before taking enzymes to make sure you take what you actually need. I ordered regular enzymes before I tried these, and they made my digestive issues worse (no change in gas, bloating, diarrhea). Easy to swallow and worked well

I'm sure this is a good supplement, as I did research it and it is mostly clean natural ingredients. Be aware that it does have natural sulfites which some people are allergic to as well as the enzymes. I had an allergic reaction to the papain I believe, but I am sensitive to a lot of ingredients in general. Just wanted to make people aware in case of any serious issues, and you can't return the product. I was disappointed because I need help with digestion. And I do like this brand typically.Hope others have better luck. Cheers
