Cuesta muy barato y es de los cinturones más cómodos para hacer gimnasio que he probado. Me resulta bastante cómodo entrenar con él puesto y me ayuda mucho a corregir la postura en la espalda. No se dobla ni se deteriora con el tiempo.

What I like about this belt is that I can tighten it as much as I need to with out the trouble of a belt buckle, and after I finish my lift I can just take it off. its comfortable, gives great support. the band on the front is thick and perfect in preventing hernias , if you lift heavy. The back side of it is larger and covers a great area in giving great support. Overall this is a great belt for anyone starting, maintaining or dislike the discomfort of belt buckles.
