I am personally very satisfied with this product. It performs perfectly and I've had no negative issues whatsoever. Definable purchase the optional power supply. It will nake your life much simpler.

Good product, excellent customer service
The docking station works as expected, and now I can connect to two monitors and charge my laptop using a single USB C cable. This really simplifies my home office setup. I strongly recommend the version with power adapter.The customer service from NEWQ is also super responsive, and I can get a response from them within a day whenever I have questions. Note that I contacted them after using the product for 6 months for a minor trouble shooting, and the return window on Amazon was closed a long time ago. NEWQ stands behind their product and resolved my issue easily.

Video stop and go - problem solved
The first one I bought, HDMI output to TV when you play movie, it stops and goes behaves as if memory was not sufficient in the video controller. When connected directly to TV from PC it works fine. This one is more expensive and have good review, but video is still an issue. It is not as frequent as the first one bought.*** Following up - company reached out to me and helped troubleshoot the issue. Support was great!
