A great gadget to have, making my own gift tags for next Christmas, this will create the hole at the top. Then attach ribbon then stick to present.

A handy, smaller and cheaper single hole punch. Takes a little bit more squeeze to make the hole, even in single sheet paper, but for the price pretty good.

This Punch Works Well!
Easy to use and easy to empty. You do have to use reasonable pressure, but that was fine for me me. I bought it to use for punching holes in Platinum Jubilee book marks so we could add ‘platinum’ tassels . . . and this punch made over 200 perfect holes!
