I use this post workout as part of a protein shake and it works very well and is good value - my recipe is 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup full fat milk , 1 banana , 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of golden syrup and 1 scoop of Gold Standard Whey - put it in a blender and mix and then drink - tastes great and helps my bulk.

Ordered this as a step-in replacement for another back that didn't arrive.It mixed well, as expected with Whey products, and the taste was better then some of the more oat flour alternatives that seem to require 3 times as much per mix. Item was resealable with zip lock. Overall decent purchase, will probably opt for a larger quantity item next time, as if you're taking protein, this is probably not the most cost effective solution. Alright in a pinch though.

I tried mixing it with flavoured yoghurt, but this was not nice. I soon discovered that mixing it with natural yoghurt and putting it in the fridge did make it palatable, though it is still very sweet.The idea was it would fill me up and make me less hungry; it does put me off eating because it's sickly, and it also causes or appears to cause constipation (sorry, too much information)Despite my personal experience, I must acknowledge that this is a quality product. It may just not be the right fit for me.
