You get what you pay for! A cheap and simple screw lock karabiner with many uses. Light weight anodised aluminium construction perfect for securing light weight items.I have used these karabiners for various task around the campsite and in on my rucksack.Used in camp as part of a washing line type system to hang my cooking equipment up off the ground, away from mud and bugs. I'm not sure if they are strong enough to suspend my rucksack from (around 15kg fully loaded) as I have climbing grade karabiners for that.They are always a great addition to any rucksack. They are easily strong enough to support water bottles, torches, knives or any other item you would normally secure to your rucksack and the locking mechanism adds extra security and keeps you gear attatched to your bag.Don't expect too much from these at this price. They are not climbing grade, so the weight limit is fairly low (maybe 10kg max?).Overall, these were exactly as I expected them to be. Good delivery time and excellent price. I will be buying more as they made my campsite much tidier for very little cost and effort.

The screw part is not made to a great tolerance, so they can rattle when not tightened to the max, but they're extremely light, the finish resists chipping and they can easily be operated one handed while reaching around the side of your rucksack (where I keep mine)A reasonably priced item. I'd recommend them, but not for heavy duty use.

These carabiners are exactly what I was looking for, which is to keep some keys securely attached to my belt. They are obviously NOT designed for heavy duty work and at the price one should not use them for anything but light duty work. Very pleased with my purchase

Nicely made karabiner useful for securing small articles about the person and--as in my case--for quick attachment of a wayward dog to a strong lead where the animal has managed to overcome the ordinary carbine type dog clip. The article is well made from good spec. aluminium alloy and properly anodised but the disappointment comes from the fact that the knurled lock ring does NOT screw onto the other side of the gate thereby increasing the total strength considerably.

Bought for my dad to secure his bag to his walking frame - excellent sturdy product - only a four rating because my dad struggles unscrewing / rescrewing them due to his shakes in his hands, they can proove a bit fiddly due to their size. I however have no problem. Good product otherwise.

I bought mine to sort out a huge bunch of work keys. For that purpose these are great. Not sure I would buy/ use these for any other. One of the locking screws over threads and comes loose which as a key ring is a mild annoyance but for anything else would be a major problem.

I bought these so i could hook items on my cycle backpack. giving me the option to cyclewith greater loads once my main backpack is full. i find it very safe. as long as the item(s) are attach secure, an dont move about.but yeah!! these do a grand job.. but please note:- they not to be confused with the rock climbing equivalent!!!

I was attracted to this product because of the price, especially when I am going to be using it for non-intensive related purposes.Value for money!Screw mechanism seems to be the cheap part; very stiff.
