Do the faces have the features marked, ie eyes and mouth?

No it's basacally a blank face, I now have 27 of them and none have eyes or a mouth.

Yes this came in the original packaging/box. Can't remember if there was a certificate but it came exactly as it would if purchased in a shop with the same packaging and inserts.
