Great oil. My husband and I are using this as a facial oil but it could be used for hair and body. Nice viscosity not as thick as like a castor oil but definitely absorbs well (not too heavy). Smell is pleasant too and extremely hydrating.

I bought this one because I ran out of my other one that was a different brand and it was no longer available. This was the same price, you get double the product, and the reviews were good. I used my old one consistently at least once a day bc it worked so well and smelled amazing. This one I haven’t be using as consistently bc I’m finding I dread putting it on because the smell is terrible. The texture and effect on my skin is the same as my other one, very hydrating, a little goes a long way. But I cannot get passed the smell and because of this, I will likely just try to purchase a different one that doesn’t smell old/expired.

I use this pumpkin seed oil for my scalp for hair growth and a healthy scalp.I mix it with castor oil and grapeseed oil and apply it to my scalp. I massage it in, let it sit for about 30 min to 1 hour then shampoo and condition. My hair and scalp feel great and it’s helped with my hair growth so much!It’s lightweight, moisturizing and extremely nourishing.
