Methyl B12-1000mcg Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin - with Nano Technology for Superior Absorption - Supportive Energy Supplement (30ml / 90 Servings)

If you need b12 on a regular basis, and reliably, this is a great product. I have used methylcobalamin (MeCbl) in forms oral, sublingual, nasal, IM and SC injections, and I can tell you that liposomal delivery is quite effective. There are other liposomal methylcobalamin products out there, but at least at the time of my review, this one has the fewest additives I could find, as well as generally lower cost, so it's my first choice. It has MeCbl and phosphatidylcholine (from sunflower seed lecithin) and nothing else. It doesn't need anything else. Note that light exposure can destroy MeCbl in liquid form, which is why this comes in a dark bottle. So refrain from exposing it to any more light than absolutely essential. Because I like to be extra careful, I add another layer of light protection on top, which could be tinfoil or duct tape or whatever I have handy that will block light. Also, I find that MeCbl generally goes well with Intrinsic Factor, especially for people with PA. Give that a try, too. Excellent product. Highly recommended.
