Solid Keyboard – But Check Compatibility!
I bought the X9 Performance Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard with Trackball from Amazon, and overall, it’s a great all-in-one solution. The keyboard itself is comfortable and works fine, but I’ve run into some issues using it on my work computer — the trackball buttons are not behaving as expected. For example, pressing the left button opens the calculator, and the right one opens Google.I suspect this is due to compatibility issues or restricted settings on my work system, not the device itself. I plan to test it on a personal computer to confirm. Still, the layout, backlighting, and rechargeable battery make this a great value — just be sure your system fully supports it!

good keyboard, GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
i have been using this keyboard for a little over a year now and have really enjoyed it. I had a small annoyance that when the batteries are new the ball mouse would act erratically (move very slow sometimes and than normal others). cycling power would fix the issue and after a few days it would be fine.on my 4th set of batteries, i decided to contact the seller about the issue and they responded in a very timely manner and sent a replacement keyboard. could not have asked for better customer service and would buy this product again.

Fails as a keyboard
I really wanted to like the LIzrrot wireless ergonomic keyboard with trackball, but it has the feel of a $10 keyboard. The keys are mushy, shallow, with no contouring. It is difficult to type fast because of these factors. The typing experience is unenjoyable to the point of being distracting. The layout is cramped; for instance, I sometimes hit <insert> when I'm trying to hit <backspace>.The trackball is okay. It needs to be larger; because it is small, it is overly sensitive and twitchy. There are no forward and back buttons, which is a serious oversight. I like the placement of the trackball. The buttons feel cheap. The scroll wheel works well.I have had no connectivity problems. In general, the idea of a trackball integrated into the wrist rest of an ergonomic keyboard is good, and this is clear despite the poor implementation in this device. If the manufacturer is considering a new version of this keyboard, I suggest the following enhancements:* low profile mechanical/optical key switches (I prefer clicky) or at least a much better scissor switch design* contoured keys with more spacing* forward and back mouse buttons* much larger trackball* volume scroller or knob* padded wrist rest* customizable RGB backlit keys* rechargeable with at least a 2500mAh battery and with an optional wired mode* bluetooth connectivity* dedicated set of macro keysThis keyboard has such a terrible feel that I am returning it. The trackball is the highlight of the device, but it is too small and twitchy with no forward and back buttons.

Track Ball Loose, Pointer Jumpy
It is a decent price, and the keyboard itself is comfortable and ergonomic, for sure, and the key action is crisp and firm. Other keyboards are too sensitive, causing repeat characters, especially if you rest your hands on the keys as a touch-typist should. However, it is too small for my large hands.Having a trackball right there in the center WAS a great design concept, in my opinion but, unfortunately, the trackball is not tight and actually clicks and clacks because it fits too loosely in its socket. There is too much freeplay and the coefficient of friction between the ball and the socket is too low. This causes the cursor to jump around because the ball will not stay put unless you touch or release it VERY, VERY gently; it takes a great deal of practice to lift your finger from it without moving it.Unfortunately, this slows you down, especially when working on spreadsheets.Mr. or Ms. Manufacturer, if you will make the keyboard and the trackball larger with a tighter, smoother rolling action, I am sure you'll have a real winner, and I would buy it.I adjusted the pointer speed to almost the lowest point but it is still too jumpy.I don't mind the AAA battery at all, 'cause rechargeable, in my opinion translates to a relatively limited life for a keyboard with a non-replaceable battery.

Save your money. Buy something better!
I was very excited for this product. I bought two of them. One for my downtown office and one for my home office. They are terrible! I am changing batteries every two weeks in both of them. They will just stop working randomly and I have to sit there and hit the same key over and over again to get it to work. The 10-key pad ALWAYS turns off and it’s so annoying. You have to hit the num lock key two times for it to start working. Again, if it was with just one, I would think it was a bum lot. The fact that it is the same in both of them is how I know the product is just bad! I had to buy two better versions because I waited too long to return these. I would send them back right away. They will go straight into the trash since I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to deal with this level of frustration when working. Better versions with other well known companies. It’s worth the extra cost!

Perfect design. Bad execution
The shape of the board is great and the placement of the ball, scrollwheel and mouse buttons is perfect. The problem is really one of quality. The parts don't function smoothly, so the butons, scroll wheel and keys all feel mushy and are not responsive. Given all that I would still be using it because the placement is perfect. I had to stop using it though because the keyboard woul lose its connection to the dongle and would lose several words before it reconnected. That kind of failure I could not put up with. So sadly I had to throw it out.
